1. How to order?
You can freely browse from our site, add to cart your preferred items, carefully input your details & patiently wait for our email, text or call confirmation before you send your payment. Please input your complete shipping address including your barangay for smooth shipping of your orders.

2. Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?
We offer COD for all orders, provided you’ll confirm thru our call, text or email. No confirmation, no shipping. Please take note that J&T charges 5% COD fee.

3. What if I want to cancel my order?
As much as possible, we don't allow cancellations once your order is confirmed. Confirmed orders means SOLD. But on other cases, cancellation is allowed if your order has not yet been dispatched from our site.
Cancellation is not allowed if your order has already shipped.

4. When will my orders arrive?
Orders will be processed within 1-3 days after payment received. Once dispatched, your product may take up to 1-3 days within Manila & Luzon area and 4-7 days if Vis/Min area depending on the location.

5. How do I track my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email together with the tracking number.

6. What are your modes of payment?
We’re accepting payments through Paypal, Gcash/Paymaya, Bank Transfer/Deposit (BPI, BDO & Psbank), & COD via J&T. You can create your account under Paypal and connect your credit card for easy transactions.
